Paper Crafting Journey Design Team ... Bingo ...!

http://paper-craftingjourney.blogspot.co.uk/

Now is it just me or do you hear Vic Reeves in your head when you hear the word ‘Bingo’ these days – the power of advertising although I’ve never ever been in a bingo hall!
Anyways I’m here today with a card made with a gorgeous Sassy Studio Design digital stamp. They are our sponsor for this fortnights bingo challenge at Paper Crafting Journey!  We got to pick what images we wanted to work for and I just had to have this one - because, of course, I have a 'thing' for faeries and my lovely regular followers know that and hopefully my fairy 'thing' won't put off you lovely newbies either lol!

I have used the bottom horizontal line:
Brads (paper flowers either side or her legs and CWC Candi is legless brads) +
Ribbon + Flowers

160mm square card

The first panel on the first fold.
Close up of the slightly sparkling Tink!

Some of the embellishments
With the front fold flat down you see the back decorated panel

This colour scheme is completely out of my comfort zone.  I was sorting through some magazines and background/designer papers that came with.  I pulled out the papers and either kept them in 'colour sets' or put them into individual colour slots in my 12" square tote.
When I saw these three papers I said to DH that there was no way I would ever use these - completely out of my colour zone and definitely not my usual paper choice.  And therein lies the story - because I thought I couldn't or wouldn't use these meant that, in my mind, I had to  at least try to make a card that:
(a) I would like and;
(b) that would work perfectly with this digital stamp.
And by jove I think I’ve done it lol!

So please pop on over to our challenge blog.  I am sure that more than one line of the bingo chart will appeal to you!  That’s it from me for today.  I’m hoping to be about later in the week until then hope you are healthy, happy and warm wherever you are!
