It’s the start of a new challenge at Creative Moments Challenge Blog.  The theme is Buttons and Bows – one of my favourites because I love the texture from buttons and bows.  We have two sponsors this fortnight: QKR Stampede and Fresh Brewed Designs.

Isn’t it cute?  I really couldn’t help myself I had to make that a red and white mushroom/toadstool – yes I know it’s corny but it had to be done!  The red buttons from my stash and the white bows make it perfect for this fortnight Buttons and Bows challenge.

When I was colouring this image Sheena Douglass was on C&C with her new stamps and H2O’s.  I was so inspired by what Sheena was making that I just had to get my H2O’s out because I’ve not used them for a while and they were perfect for this project – that toadstool is a really deep cherry red!  The rest of the project was a scrap buster.  Bits of red and white polka dot card I couldn’t bin and scraps of green card left over from Christmas!

Things to do, projects to make, posts to type and photographs to be taken plus a back that requires rest and relaxation!  Hope you're all well and having crafty fun!
