So tweet ... ... ...

I’ve been playing, lol!  I do love to use my stamps and inks.  I have rather mucky inky fingers right now lol!  Thankfully I’ve got to have a shower later and the shampoo will remove the ink from my fingers and nails, well the water based ink that is, the archival ink will take a day or two to fade away.
So I’m here today to show you a little something I have been ‘playing’ with in between DT projects which I can’t show you yet.
I’ve dug out some chipboard from the back of the crafty cupboard.  I still need to have a massive stash stock take.  I’m too achy and the conservatory, location of the crafty cupboard, is too cold.   I hope it will be warmer next week so I can finish my Use It Up pledge as I need to sort out what consumables to keep, what to giveaway and what's rubbish/recylcling!  I’ve got an idea that the donation box is going to fill up pretty quickly!  The snow on the house roof and the icicles hanging from the gutters is melting.  I've jumped a couple of times this morning as it’s falling off the roof and hitting the conservatory roof and it makes such an awful noise!

Now I've had real problems photographing this!  When I photograph it face on all you can see is the gorgeous twinkle from the UTEE powders.  When it is flat on the table it looks grubby!  I will have to practise photographing these in future until I can find a way to photograph then without the glare from the mica in the UTEE.  Anyways here is what I’ve made with one of the pieces of chipboard … … …

A final look

My new stamps came today.  I ordered the Sheena Douglass A Little Bit Sketchy Flower Power and Always Floral A5 stamp sheets from Crafters Companion.  I’m hoping that I will get the time and be physically able to have some inky play this weekend.  My H2O’s, which I need to sort out too, are on the table along with my water pot and paint brushes ready and waiting!  But before I can play I have photographs to edit and posts that still need typing and scheduling!

I hope you are all warm and that you get to have a fab crafty weekend.
I’ll be around to visit everyone over the weekend!

Hi Karen this is lovely, I know what you mean about taking photos of shiny things but you could see the pattern behind the shine on the middle one. Looks lovely. Sam
