Not my favourite theme, sorry boss ladies!   I, daft as it sounds, ‘googled’ monochrome and the literal meaning on Google is:

mon·o·chrome

Noun: A photograph or picture in black and white or in varying tones of only one colour.

Adjective: (of a photo or picture, or a TV screen) Images in black and white or in varying tones of only colour

Synonyms: monochromatic – self-coloured – plain

These were fabulous stash busters.  I’ve loads of black and white off cuts of thick card which is what I used to make my tags from.  I drew around one of my blank tags onto some black card which I then embossed in my Cuttlebug.  The white tag was made using an off cut of CWC embossed white card – it’s embossed with daisies.  I don’t know if this card is still available and I’m stunned that I’ve remembered it was from CWC – have had that in my stash for a long time!

I printed out the images onto some CWC digital card and then coloured the clock with black and two shades of grey to keep it monochrome.  I don’t know why but I can’t make something that is just black and white.  I always have to add a little bit of colour to it – this time the colour red.  The ribbon is from my UIU stash which, again, I’ve had for ages because I don’t usually do B&W!
