I have quite a clean and
simple style card to show you. My DH
loves the fact that the cards I make him are personal, with things that he
loves on them – neither of us are into ‘teddy bears’ or ‘fluffy creatures’ images.
But when it comes to Anniversaries and Valentines Day well there is no way that I can use NASA images, F1 cars, computer game systems or computers lol. They are not exactly romantic or suitable for these occasions. However he’s not into an overly busy design either – no flowers and minimal bling!
So here is the anniversary card I made for ‘him indoors’ with a gorgeous image I got from Beyond The Fringe – a freebie which for my DH is perfect for anniversaries etc.
It really is a very simple card but he loved it – which is the most important thing to me! I do like the CAS lines of this too – which is odd as normally I do like them to ‘pop’ a little bit more. But this image just works. It was lovely and relaxing colouring with my pencils.
