Christmas cards inside and out: photo heavy ... ... ...

How is everyone doing out there?  I hope you are somewhere warm and cosy and if you can’t get to work/school or anywhere else I hope you can pass the time by being a wee bit creative!
I have several Christmas cards to show you today, don’t worry I won’t be posting Christmas cards everyday, I’ll attempt to only post my Christmas card obsession a maximum of twice a week lol!
I am doing a lot of inky stuff right now.  Unfortunately I can’t show you that as some of it is upcoming DT projects.  In between waiting for things to dry I have been using a Craftwork Cards kit that I purchased just before Christmas and I am loving these lovely soft pink and blues, Christmas in pastel colours lol!
Also I am following the 12 Cards for Christmas Let It Snow at Craftwork Cards which encourages use to make cards throughout the year,  Here is the post http://craftworkcards.blogspot.co.uk/2012/12/12-cards-for-christmas-new-challenge.html
I have listed the challenges that I want to enter below the photographs.

 Card one

The snowflake die cut

The circle sentiment and the bling

The inside was decorated with the 'waste'.

Side view and a final look

 Card two
Close up of the 'pin head' thingies!

The inside

Side view and final look

 Card three.

The snowflake was made from the 'waste' and the sentiment is part of the kit.

The inside.

Side view and a final look.

 Card four, the final one!
Another card made with the 'waste'.

The sentiment circle has been in my stash for a long time
and I've no idea what/where the pink grosgrain ribbon came from.
 The inside

 Close ups of the inside.

A side view and a final look.

I want to enter these cards into the following challenges:
http://52cct.blogspot.co.uk/Recipe/Theme #13 Patterned Paper and Glitter and decorate the inside.
http://cardsgalorechallenges.blogspot.co.uk/January Anything Goes
http://challenges4everybody.blogspot.co.uk/#12 Anything Goes
http://craftybootschallenges.blogspot.co.uk/New, my new item is the kit that I am using to create these cards.
http://letscreatechallenges.blogspot.co.uk/ #61 Anything Goes.
http://craftyhazelnutschristmaschallenge2.blogspot.co.uk/#1 Anything Goes
http://craftyhazelnutschristmaschallenge.blogspot.co.uk/#108 Recycle or Use something Free. As quick a description as I can come up with is:
I was popping the pieces out of the snowflakes and thought what lovely pearl pink and blue waste; it’s a shame to throw it out; after I had used the snowflake I was left with the waste parts from the inside as well as the frame. I’ve used the waste to make more cards. I used the frame to position those waste pieces as evenly as I could by eye. I’m considering using the frames too: iris folding?! It will mean that each snowflake die cut will actually make two card toppers for free!
I found the following challenges through Feline Playful:
http://www.creativecreationschallenges.blogspot.co.uk/#2 Keep it Simple.
http://milkcoffeechallenge.blogspot.co.uk/Snowflakes/Snow plus Sparkle/and or Glitter: snowflake die cuts, sparkle from AB gems and Stickles glitter glue.

I’ll be back tomorrow with a new creation for the next challenge at Creative Moments and I’m planning on visiting everyone’s blogs this evening!

Thank you very much for taking the time to visit and comment
Hope you are very warm and safe, with time to craft wherever you are!

gorgeous cards Karen and so clever to use the diecut bits instead of throwing them away - what a clever lady you are - but then I knew that anyway xx

These are all gorgeous - and a good idea to use the 'waste' from the snowflakes - and, yes, iris folding would be a great idea as well. As far as I'm concerned please keep your Christmas 'obsession' coming - I love to see Christmas cards - thanks for entering both of my CHNC challenges - hope to see you soon with more of your lovely cards x
